Good position but the apartment badly maintained. Lounge suite a disgrace. Shower plumbing not working. No sink and basin plugs so how can you wash up.

Good stay overall...
We stayed here one night. We had some good eating and pastry/coffee shops around the hotel. We had 3 rooms, living room and kitchen. We stayed on the 8th floor. Elevators are small in Argentina so we had to do a couple trips to get up luggage. The apartment had good WiFi. The apartment was cozy and we felt safe. The living room could have used a paint job but other than that the kitchen had plates for us to use and they were very nice when we needed toilet paper, etc. The apartment was a bit warm when we got it but it quickly cooled off with the AC. No morning breakfast available. For the price you can’t go wrong for a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom place.

Very disappointed, book a room for 4 people and they set up a room very small, for no more than 2 people with a small bed in the living area and a mattress, basically to place on the floor. The person responsible was very rude, she has stink to cigarette no word in English. The place was filthy, mattress old and dirty and smelly. You will be very disappointed and really get upset with this place

Great location. Near everything in a safe area (near firefighters). Very few amenities and coffee machine from ice age. No salt or oil or coffee. Nowadays this is not acceptable. Good air conditioning and fortunately they came quickly to change batteries as both remote controls were not working. Quick check in and check out. Working WiFi

Apartment is an awesome location, we walked to Recoleta Cemetary. Apartment is lovely, such a great size and with a balcony. Amenities were perfect, would definitely stay again!

Laprida Apartments - Great for small families
Laprida Suites - wonderful little apartment in Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. We are a family of 3 traveling to Argentina as our daughter finished up her education abroad in Buenos Aires. The apartment had a small kitchen and living area and two bathrooms Perfect for our needs. The only suggestion I have is that communication could have been better on how to access the apartment. Fortunately, I speak enough Spanish to ask someone there how to communicate with the management. You would have to ring Apartment 8 for the manager to come down and get your keys. Have your passports ready to show as it is always required when checking into a hotel or apartment. Management was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 1pm, which was very helpful as we came off a 10 hour flight from Houston feeling very weary. Checkout was easy and management let us store our luggage so we could spend a day enjoying Buenos Aires before securing a taxi to the airport.

Laprida Suites a very good place to stay
The apartment was very nice; clean, great amenities, had a fully furnished kitchenette, near local grocery stores, shops, parks, easy access to public transportation, and in a safe neighborhood. The price was very good and was an excellent deal. Highly recommend Laprida Suites.

Nice appartment
Quite difficult to get in touch with peronnel at the hotel especially on arrival. However the personnel are very helpful and nice once you get hold of them.The pool is very small.

I was in Bs Aires for 2 nights with my family (2 adults + 4 kids). The day after we arrived the weather was 37º C, and there was no electricity, and no TV cable, no wify. The day we leave, there was nobody to receive the keys, so we ha ve to wait. And the worst, is there were no elevator (floor 8), and my wife has a knees problem, and I have to carry the luggage for 8 floors, besides the pain in my wife knees. I am still waiting for my refund.

Good value, good location
Excellent security, lovely neighbourhood, very handy to the metro and buses to get anywhere in the city. The apartment has everything you need, bed and bathroom very clean, kitchen not quite as clean. Plenty of space, with a balclny. Great value for this part od Buenos Aires.

Staying in Recoleta - this is a great option
Good cafes and supermarkets nearby. The hotel/apartment suite met all our expectations and more. We were 4 adults and the suite was more than enough room. Two full bathrooms and a powder room were wonderful. Two bedroom superior suite was more than enough for 4 adult ladies.

Funcional, no es lo más moderno pero resulta ok y acorde al precio. La ubicación parece algo retirada de los transportes urbanos y muy ruidoso por la noche a pesar de no estar en zona de bares. Me gustó: ubicación, los apartamentos son muy cómodos e iluminados, la atención, limpieza.Felicitaciones! Sugerencia: deberían renovar todo lo de blanquería (toallas, toallones y sábanas) y tratar de mantener el blanco de las paredes(no es necesario pintarlas, sólo limpiarlas). Si se pudiera, también se disfrutaría más , si hubiera mesa y sillas en el balcón. Es un lugar para recomendar!
