Do not satay at this hotel
We arrived at 04.00 H the first room we were given Room 108 was noisy, the wallpaper and paint was damaged and there was 2.5 inches cockroach in the bathroom stack at a dirty shower curtain the following they offered another room 208 I couldn't believe the state of the room again paper and paint coming off floor well damage very dark finally I was offered room 502 just about acceptable it was also dirty.

Great location near Plaza DE Mayo
The staff are very helpful and courteous. They provided accurate information and helped with transportation. We had a problem with our air conditioner which they dealt with immediately. It is not fancy but each room has a small frig and the breakfast buffet is quite good. It includes scrambled eggs which many hotel buffet breakfasts do not. Lots of good coffee and they will make mate tea if you wish.

Good hotel in the center of the city unwanted to be be. Unfortunately few issues: *internet is useless, literally can't get anything done from constantly dropping; * the room access cards work once * reported the bidet for maintainence and never got fixed so bathroom got flooded after every use

Disappointed.
We booked three rooms. The rooms were clean but the air conditioner did not work in two of the rooms we booked and the towels located poorly in one bathroom, the hairdryer did not work in one bathroom and a bug in one of the beds. Phone not working in the lobby. Patio door did not lock in one room. The attempt to remodel this hotel was not successful.

Good hotel with a good breakfast
Great location near to Plaza del Mayo but not too close; very close to subway stations. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast isn't just bread but has some good fruit and eggs as well. All in all a pleasant stay. The rooms are okay, somewhat cramped due to layout, and there are no english TV channels (not a big deal, but sometimes it's nice).

Don't get the airport pickup
I would expect a hotel - if they claim to offer an airport pickup - to make sure that pickup occurs. Our shuttle never showed up. We waited for over an hour at the airport, and the hotel desk person was completely unapologetic about the experience. When we (finally) arrived at the hotel we tried to let the clerk make it a bit better by covering the difference between the cab that he recommended we take and the cost of the shuttle that was promised. Nope - just looked at us like we were crazy. It was only a 100 peso or so difference (less than $10 usd) but would have gone a long way in feeling like the hotel cared at all about them not delivering. Incredibly disappointing customer service. On to the hotel itself - it was what you would expect for the price. Bed was comfy and roomed seemed clean. But the water (toilet and sink and shower) was brown. Totally skeeved my husband out - we wouldn't shower there.

Great location
Great location near Avenida de Mayo. Easy walk around centro and San Telmo. Close to Subte station. Hotel bit old and musty but comfortable enough. Adequate breakfast buffet.

Within walking distance of many sights
We stayed here in early January, 2015 for 4 nights before boarding our cruise. The price included breakfast which we found very good. They make the best scrambled eggs! The rooms are small, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The location was fantastic. It is a very safe neighbourhood. The bus route passes the hotel. There were several outdoor restaurants just around the corner. We were able to walk to the Puerto area, pedestrian streets, Plaza De Mayo, cathedral Metropolitano, Cafe Tortoni and even to San Telmo. The Hop On Bus was 2 blocks away. When we were the victims of a clever pickpocket team while in San Telmo, they were helpful in assisting us in making the calls to the credit card companies. We have recommended this hotel to friends who have already booked it.

Nice to hotel, near of everything.
The experience was fantastic, we could meet a lot o places, because the hotel was close to many turistic places in the down town. You can walk to a lot a places wit out problems.

Overall our stay was okay for the price we paid. The best part was the location. It was located a half block from the famous Florida street shopping area. This is a street that is about 10 blocks long that contains about all you need to do in Buenos Aires at good prices. Our reservation included a free breakfast which was nice because you could eat all you want from the breakfast buffet. The buffet had enough variety for most travelers. Two things that we did not like were the view and the rooms were small. They were noticeable right away. As for the service it was very good. The reception staff all spoke English so communication was no problem. I gave customer 5 star rating. Please keep in mind this hotel is located in a older part of the city which means this building is old. However the inside of the building is in good condition. If your expecting more along the lines of an American style hotel, this is not the one for you.

Excellent location. Poor breakfast and wet smell in the room. The stuff is okay also the hygiene. Lack of power supply. Slow Wi-Fi connection but lan is available.
