Lesson learned
This has to be the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at The shot and the seat at the desk was blown, so I was pretty much sitting on the floor doing my paperwork had to ask for utensils. All I got was a spoon a scraped up Teflon frying pan a salad utensil for a spatula a plate in a bowl and a dirty coffee cup. After I asked all other extended stays have the stuff in the room. There was no coffee maker but while in the storeroom getting my cooking supplies, there was a show full of coffee makers and coffee but guy said they were all broken must be a coincidence at all the coffee makers for the whole whole hotel were broken not to mention you could only get coffee between 630 and nine in the morning so God forbid you wake up before that and want coffee. The shower had a constant drip, would not shut off the heating unit was loud and there was a gap that you could see outside around the back of it so it rain constantly had really basic cable so if you wanted to watch anything interesting forget about it Internet was super slow I think they must let people live there because one room had a dog that barked every time you come in from outside. walkways in parking lot we’re not taking care of after it. Snowed and turned to ice turned it into a skating rink. I wouldn’t have stayed four days if I could’ve got a refund.

Breakfast was a lie. It’s was only granola bars. Pool is disappointing. Iron ruined my shirt. They did nothing to improve my experience or make it right or reimburse me after things went south. Also it was not clear if they had electric vehicle charging which made it cost me more money with renting a car for my trip.

The location in relation to the airport is a minus due to noise factor. This location appears to be in the direct flight path of aircraft take off so the noise factor is substantial when they do. Luckily, it wasn't constant. If you're just looking for a place to sleep it works ok for the price.

Very poor service. Breakfast is terrible. Pool is dirty and hot thub out of service. No tissue in the washroom and it is so hard to find a receptionist.

it was hard to communicate with the hotel staff. We also had a garbage bag covering our smoke detector when we got there so we changed rooms. Hotel staff said it was normal to have a garbage bag around the smoke detector, obviously it’s not.

Very convenient location to shopping centres, restaurants and entertainment. No more than 15 mins travel radius. It was not far from the border to Canada.

I liked the kitchenette. I also liked how convenient it was for me to get the places that I needed to go in a timely manner. They were very friendly and attentive if I did need anything. This place was very clean and quiet.

I was Extremely disappointed in the concept of the Extended stay. I did not have a chair and front desk had to bring me a chair which was broke. There were no coffee pots to rent/borrow. The coffee during breakfast was instant packages. Breakfast was fit for an elementary child( not continental). More like snack bar with granola bars. Very loud where I was with kids running and slamming doors. Bedsheet had blood stains and long hairs I only Saw a day after checking in and we left the next morning. Staff were very friendly but management needs to change at least the breakfast and availability of coffee pots.
