My stay was nice, however, some of the listed amenities were not available and when I pointed this out to the front desk staff upon my check out they didn’t even offer to compensate me in any way. I spent $475 on two nights. The hot tub was not open, which the website did not say. You only found this out by the sign at the front desk. The ice makers on the floors didn’t work and neither did the one in the freezer in the room. I brought ice in from outside. My room was advertised as having a shower/tub combo but it didn’t, it only had a shower. This was disappointing because since there was no hot tub, I figured- OK I can take bubble bath, but there was no bath! The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it! Everything else about the room was fine, but to pay $475 and not have the listed amenities, was an issue for me. They could have given me Hilton points or something!
