Genrally speaking, the property is great and family friendly, but we discovered bed bugs alive and moving inside our bed after getting into bed at about 8:00 p.m. this evening. Staff were wonderful helping us handle it,.nonetheless, bed bug exposure is no small thing. We are driving home at the moment, and my kiddo I soretty distressed (he found the bugs first.) We've also had to cancel our prepaid tickets for Buffalo botanical gardens tomorrow, and my 6 year old will be without his treasured blankie until we can be sure there is no contamination. Hoping the hotel will not only fully refund our room but compensate for clothing that needed to be discarded, extra cleaning, travel costs, and our tickets tomorrow. Again, staff were kind, quick and responsive - we.deeply appreciate that. But eek, we are grossed out.

Everything was great especially the breakfast buffet. A friendly and well trained hotel staff they were excellent. The only downside was only one elevator worked but it was fixed.

I would have left if I could have gotten a hold of Expedia or if the staff was more helpful. Didn’t have wifi for a day and half the room smelled we had to change rooms because the sink wasn’t draininga d other issues

Lots of parking and property was clean. The front desk were not very amicable at check in. Not sure if any of them knew how to smile. The rooms are old and outdated but clean. The bathrooms are run down and in need of some work. The phones in the room don’t work, as a matter of fact one of them had all the buttons missing. Why not just remove them? We were not told about breakfast at check in and so assumed it went to ten but it didn’t. So we missed it.
