The Old Brewery is located just above the high street in Builth Wells, the Brecon Beacons being a 30-minute drive away. This Grade II property consists of ground floor bedroom with double bed, to the first floor there is an open plan lounge with Freeview TV and views over the town, a well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge, and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
The Royal Welsh Showground is only 1 mile and there is a great golf course 4 miles away. The Elan Valley is a 30-minute drive where you will find many walking and cycling trails and an abundance of wildlife. Red kites are found in the Elan Valley and there is a feeding station nearby. Builth Wells offers a cinema, golf course, swimming pool and plenty of shops and restaurants. There is on street parking to the rear of the property, access to the property is via a cobbled lane.
