Our experience with the staff at Bundanoon Hotel was outstanding. They were very kind, polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. For the price, this is a great place to stay. It's an older building so it has a historical, quaint charm. The outdoor pools are great in summer but are not heated. If you are taller than 6ft, you may band your head under staircases or in doorways. The cleanliness of rooms and amenities for always very goodz throughout our stay. The rooms lask sound proofing so the quality of your sleep is at the mercy of the behaviour of other guests, unfortunately... 2/3 nights we were lucky! The hotel is adjacent a railway, so there is train noise but it's really not that bad. Dining in the ground floor restaurant was superb and we tipped generously. Really great kitchen and professional staff! I'd definitely stay here again, it was very good value for money.

A quaint gentle old property. Comfortable beds. No fan, tv or fridge in room. Communal kitchen and lounge area. No lifts so you need to be fit. I would stay there again as it's very restful

Pub stay - 5 star.
A wonderful venue. Rooms fresh and clean. Even rooms with shared facilities are easy, clean and provided with all you need. There is a small common dining and tv room on each floor, equiped with a fridge, kettle and tea and coffe facilities. The bar and dining options are generous. Great value for money.

Came from Adelaide for Bowral cycling event and needed a bed for the night. The hotel provided clean and tidy rooms and somewhere to park. The pub meals dowstairs were great, as was the bar service. There are also shops in walking distance.

Dining and staff very good - Restaurant was the standout. Had to check-in via Public Bar (not good). Room clean but bed too hard and no shampoo or facecloths provided. Overall good value and would stay again.

Great place to spend a long weekend, short walk to cafe's and if you needed to catch to train just over the road, it was quiet and staff were lovely, I will be back at some stage, the only thing I would say, you need to put a TV in the rooms, other wise a great find for us

Best thing about the place was the fantastic restaurant with its superb, well-priced menu (outstanding steaks). Accommodation-wise, just a basic room, with the bathroom down the hall. No TV or aircon - only an oil heater (though it kept the room nice and warm). But adequate for a night if you're just passing through.

The hotel has been well maintained and is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the best G&T in the bar and the staff were friendly and efficient . Reasonable rates and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends who enjoy walking and visiting the quiet tranquility of a small town in the beautiful Southern Highlands.
