The shared bathrooms are very clean. It was quiet all night and the staff was great.

The man at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. And he changed us to a different room when we asked if that would be possible. But overall the cleanliness was an issue. For example some of the furniture had stains and needed to be replaced and the hallway smelled like wet dog the whole time we stayed there.

Older but comfortable
Comfortable older place, manager very charming and couldn't have been more helpful. Great location and easy access, place is fairly tired and bathroom could do with an upgrade. Very spacious rooms so good value for money

Nous avons été très bien reçues. Les lits étaient confortables et l'hôtel très calme. La salle de bain était dans la chambre: l'accès au WC un peu étroit mais la propreté était irréprochable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages jusqu'en fin d'après midi pour visiter la ville.

El trato del recepcionista fue muy bueno, amable y atento. Incluso nos dio una habitación mejor que la que habíamos contratado. Muy limpio y el radiador funcionaba y calentaba muy bien.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. A causa de las picaduras de las chinches, llevo desde el Domingo con una erupción por todo el cuerpo. Las sábanas, el edredón y una butaca que había estaban llenas de manchas.... sin palabras.

No volveré a hospedarme aquí
Solo hubo atencion en recepcion en el checkin. Durante todo el fin de semana no hubo nadie. La limpieza nefasta. Calefaccion muy pobre. En la habitacion y baño hacía frio y la apagan por las noches. Agua de la ducha sin presión además de estar sucia.

Nos gustó el recibimiento del chico, por lo demás todo fue de mal a peor: Chinches en la cama de todos los tamaños existentes, a borbotones! Llamamos al chico para que los viera y nos cambió de habitación; era más pequeña, pero suponíamos que no había más opción como sábado de noche que era. Pues más de lo mismo, menos cantidad y mi pareja no pudo dormir en toda la noche debido a las picaduras. Al día siguiente nos íbamos a León porque la idea de pasar una noche más allí nos superaba!
