Great location
We loved the location of this property, nice private back yard view. Good space for 11 people. The only thing I would say needs to be upgraded are the mattresses in the King bedrooms and the bedding on all the beds. Also, the back screen on the screen porch was missing so bugs were getting in.

Beautiful house with an amazing view
The house was beautiful and clean. It housed our family perfectly. The only critique I had was that the mattresses on the beds weren’t very comfortable. If those were upgraded or a mattress topper was added, it would be perfect! We would definitely rent again!

Girls Trip
The property was nice and the house was the perfect size for our stay. The only real complaint is that the grill was not cleaned at all and we chose not to use it. The brush to clean it with was nasty as well. Other than that it was perfect! Thanks for a nice place to enjoy our time!

Great stay
The cabin is beautiful and spacious. Accommodated with ease our party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids). It had everything we needed with a great view, pool table, decent jacuzzi and stocked kitchen. The host answered to all our needs, really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay
Our group of 12 had everything we needed at this house. Clean and comfortable. It does take about 20 minutes to get to the house from the main road and the roads were curvy. It was fine for us, but others may want to know that. Thanks for a great stay and memories!

Family Fun
The cabin was beautiful and had a lot of activities. We mainly ate at the cabin, but there are lots of restaurants around. We went to the lake, rented a pontoon, hiked to the natural arch, and played mini golf. The teenager stayed off electronics the entire time.

We had a great time!
This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 4 kids). Super clean, kitchen was well stocked. The wifi was fast and tvs had cable and all the apps. The view was beautiful!! We went on some great hikes - Cumberland Falls was really cool. Kids had fun with the hot tub, pool table, and cornhole set. Not very much light pollution and the stars were great.

Lovely getaway
We had a great stay here. The property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was ready and beautifully relaxing after a day hiking. The fireplace wasn't working, but the property manager did take reasonable steps to resolve when we contacted them. The office was friendly and gave additional local sites to visit which was great. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay.

Overall it's a good trip and our kids enjoyed the stay very much. Location was perfect for a family get together and it had the required amenities. There were few minor complaints like bathroom lock was not working for the master bedroom, there were little died bugs in the kitchen near patio door. Also we noticed some problem with water heater and hot water stopped after sometime

The house was just right for our extended family holiday gathering. Plenty of room to spread out and a well equipped kitchen. The property managers were very helpful and quick to answer our questions.

Nice weekend getaway
Enjoyed a nice weekend getaway with friends. We decided on Burnside since it was about the same distance for each family to meet (midwest/southeast). The cabin included everything we needed and plenty of space for three families with small kids. The kids loved walking down to the lake and hiking back up the hill. Would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful stay
My and my friends wanted to go for quick weekend outing in the woods where we can stay in, be safe from Covid and relax... We initially had different destination on mind but unfortunately everything was booked so we decided to go to KY. We had a second thought about this place but when we actually saw and stayed, it turned out to be the best decision. House was so clean with all the essentials provided, especially in kitchen. Dianna was super cool, humble and very helpful. I would be visiting one of these houses again and I would recommend this place
