hotel's signage was lacking, which was especially necessary since the resort is very large. room floor was not clean, had dust bunnies. room service took over an hour and did not have the right items ordered.

Amenity experience was bad as they have frequent break time to limit the use and close too early. Restaurants close early and there is limited food service within the resort. Room service takes forever and my kids had to starve after pool play. Not a good resort but decent for hotel use purpose.

Stay was excellent but there is still an outstanding billing issue. I instructed the front desk to change my charges to another credit card, but in the end both credit cards were charge. Still not resolved after 1 month
