I booked this hotel because it was close to a metro station. I didn't realize what a gem of a place this is! The beds were firm, yet comfortable. And the bathroom was amazing! A GIANT tub (my friend loved soaking in it!) and the shower was wonderful! And the toilet had a bidet! How could you not love that? The receptionist was also very nice! I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Busan!

Great place to stay
This place is one of my favorite spots to stay when I come to Busan It’s a nice halfway point from Seomyeon city and Busan station. So all around it’s plenty to do and see. The room is spacious, the view is nice, the big tub and massage chair is always a plus. I definitely recommend this stay. It’s been in my favorites for a while now.

Bedsheets, pillow covers and towels were stained. The in-house slippers provided didn't look clean too. The daily cleaning procedures had no standard, on some days there was no bath towels, no face towels, no toiletries, bunched up hair on the floor, hair in the bath tub. The massage chair looked really dirty so much that it was not used even once.

helpful staff and convenient location
convenient for seomyeon eateries, underground shopping street and markets. nearby metro also links up to other parts of busan. staff were helpful, even with the free washer and dryer which had instructions in korean. netflix + massage chair in the otherwise spartan and tired room was great! didn't pay top dollar, so could not expect top conditions. decent value for money.

Enjoyed my stay here for a brief trip to Busan. The location is in close walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the subway so getting around is pretty convenient. The room is clean and updated and the staff were friendly. Something to note is there are multiple Browndot Hotels in the city so pay attention to the location you’re navigating to.

When I arrived my room was not ready. The manager at the front desk ask for payment anyways. I came back a couple of hours later and the manager "upgraded" my room to a hot not so clean room. She mentioned that certain ammenities were not included like netflix. She also mentioned that the free buffet was closed . The check in process was abismal and such pertinent information could have been stated before I had left. I asked for a refund and to add insult to injury, my creditcard could not be refunded because it is international. Travelers, be wary of this location. It has a "love motel" type of vibe. Stay away.
