Great property in a great area of Busan. Central location, close to everything in the Busan city area. Looks very modern and clean! Rooms are large with ample space. Close to many shopping areas and a 24/7 convenient store next door. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Took the leap of faith to book the hotel for 2 adults and 2 young kids as it was new and lacking in reviews. Turned out to be our best stay in Korea. Till now kids are still raving about this hotel as compared to the one we stayed in Seoul. It falls on our wedding anniversary and I messaged the hotel prior to our trip to check out for nearby bakery for cakes recommendation and they were super responsive and have good advice. When we returned they presented to us a bottle of wine and a printed card customised with date and name too. Really a surprise and nice touch to the entire stay. Hotel staff were also very helpful esp when I wanted to order food delivery. They recommended nice restaurant and assisted to help me order on behalf. And just informed me when the food was ready for pick up. Great room cleanliness (shower gel/shampoo smells super nice too!) with laundry room (chargeable but they will provide the laundry capsule dryer sheet) at Level 7 as well which really helps a lot so we can pack light. The room we booked had a huge bathtub and double sinks. It’s also just a short walk from Nampo station with alot of shops and restaurants nearby and literally just next to Lotte department store. Will highly recommend this for a stay at Busan! Didn’t get the staff name (a guy manager who speaks great English and a Taiwanese lady) but really appreciate the great hospitality! Thanks for making this a memorable stay! :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great, our only negative comment would be the main bathroom would have been better to have a free standing shower instead of giant bath for our family. The second bathroom could have been more user friendly to have a door into bedroom as again more functional for our family. The furniture looks amazing but not very comfortable. But overall we were very happy with our stay and all the positives made up for the couple of negatives.

단독건물이라서 좋은점은 있지만 너무 번화가를 접하고있으며 펍이 있는 골목옆에 있어 밤 늦게까지 소음이 있습니다 소파 뒤쪽 청소가 잘 되어있지 않은 부분이 있었지만, 침구류나 식탁, 의자, 화장실은 정리가 잘 되어 있었습니다 거실에 있는 침대 앞쪽으로는 커텐이라도 하나 있는게 좋을거같아요

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗
酒店的位置非常方便，附近很多購物及餐廳選擇。房間設計新式，使用起來非常舒適方便，整體環境和床上用品感覺乾淨舒服，晚上寧靜沒有燥音，前台服務員有禮服務質素高，欣賞房間送贈的咖啡茶包有誠意，唯獨是酒店沒有附設餐廳吃早餐及未有提供免費行李寄存服務，需要付費寄存行李於酒店儲物櫃。

新しくて立地もよく価格も手頃でフロントスタッフは日本語が話せて部屋からの電話対応も早くて概ね満足ですが、残念なのは部屋の作りが無駄に広すぎること、その割にクローゼットが簡単な据え置きになっていて、はたして使う人がいるだろうかというガウンがハンガーにかかっていて肝心のハンガーの本数が少ない。部屋全体に明かりはとれるが肝心の洗面室の明かりが不足だし、背の低い人は顔が映らないほど鏡が高い位置にあり使い勝手は最悪。バスタブとカーテンのないシャワールームを別にする必要があるのか？広すぎる玄関といい、設計ミスでとても残念です

Emplacement à proximité immédiate du metro Quartier dynamique (restaurants, cafes, shopping) et Lotte department store et marchés Nous avons adoré ! Hotel neuf avec jolie deco, tres propre. Temps tres chaud, la suite avec fenêtres sur 180 degrés nécessitait des rideaux fermés toute la journée malgré la climatisation. Pas de double ou triple vitrage donc un peu bruyant (circulation, musique rue commerçante) Menage quotidien rapide (lits non faits) Buanderie sur place neuve, un peu onéreuse.
