I guess we are not used to there being NO concierge services. Carrying the bags to the Lobby floor was quite uncomfortable. The same at time of check out! This would be the case for tired senior citizens after a day of travel from another city!

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great service, friendly staff, very new and clean. Location is great: steps from Haeundae Beach with great views from the rooftop. Surrounded by a number of delicious restaurants. Multiple convenience stores reachable in seconds, including one on the ground floor of the hotel. The rooftop houses a great plunge pool, hottub, and sauna with useful opening hours even in November. A short walk to the Busan Metro 2 (green) Line with plenty of bus lines and taxis nearby.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. Haeundae beach is literally a crosswalk away. Night market and Mipo station for the sky capsule are walking distance. Staff was very kind enough to upgrade our room.

The location was great! Steps from the beach and Haendae market. Free snacks and drinks in the mini bar. Staff needs to communicate better though. I asked for directions to the metro and they had me walk through a deserted alley. Not safe for a solo female traveller. Disappointed that their hair and body products are made in China and not Korea. Why not showcase Korean beauty products? Room had an odd smell like paint and toilet smelled bad. Had to keep the lid down. Water in drain would rise to my ankles.
