Being right on the beach was fantastic! The whole no staff thing was weird. Made it hard to check in, and no cleaning service for the week we stayed there.

The ventilation in the room was really poor. You could smell the bathroom sewage if you didn’t have air conditioning running. the temperature system in the room was either hot or cold, no in between. Note that there is no staff for check in as it is all self service. No one comes and cleans the room for ur entire stay. However, the location was unbeatable as it was right on the shore with one of the best cafes i’ve ever been to on the first floor!

Amazing value for an ocean view room just across the street from the beach. The hotel has no front desk on site and cleaning is an extra fee. It might not be the best option for people who are staying longer or have difficulty using smartphones. When I booked through Expedia, I needed to contact the hotel via their mobile front desk (chat) to get the passcode email for check-in. Besides that initial hiccup and slow Wi-Fi, I enjoyed my stay here.

There is no reception at the property. We had a bit of a problem with our booking, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly through email. The customer service responded right away even they were not on site. Laundry service was also good. The dryer was powerful. We had our clothes dried up very well compared to a lot of other places we've stayed. The only issue was the mechanical parking. Two machines doing one car each at a time, there is line up at the morning when everyone tries to head out.

First of all, price was valuable. Second, the room was decent,clean and facing the cable car ocean view. It’s really relaxing. Although no one serves you, the luggage arrangement and e checkin and out was quite easy and convenient.

チェックインアウトのカウンターが無人でチェックインの方法がわからず頭を抱えていたら、たまたま通りかかったスタッフルームの人らしい方が助けてくれてルームナンバーとキー番号をメールで届くように対応してくれました。個人的には初めて体験する仕組みでたまたま通りかかったスタッフの方らしき人がいなかったらチェックイン出来なかったかもしれません。初めて釜山に旅行に行く人には不向きかもしれませんね。仕組みがわかればなんてない事なんですが無人で日本語の説明がないのでかなり焦りました。やはり、ホテルは対面でチェックインできる方が安心です。 場所はビーチの目の前なので海水浴をしたい方にはいいかもしれません。ただ写真のような部屋がすべての部屋ではありませんので写真のような部屋を期待していくと違う方角の部屋だとがっかりします。設備等は綺麗で使いやすいです。アクセスは近くに地下鉄の駅がないので動き回るのは不便かもしれませんね。タクシーて最寄りの駅まで行かないといけません。

Schönes Hotelzimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht. Traumhafte Aussicht. Es ist keine besetzte Rezeption vorhanden, aber auf Anfragen wird super schnell reagiert und geantwortet. Check-in komplett digital, aber sehr gut vorbereitet und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

어플 체크인으로 사람 만날일 없이 체크인해서 편했어요. 깔끔하고 전망, 위치 다 좋았어요. 주차는 타워가 기본이고, 큰 suv는 인근 유료주차장에 알아서 대야 했지만, 운좋게 지하 1층에 주차할 수 있었습니다. 샴프, 리스, 바스, 폼클렌징 등 어메니티도 완비, 칫솔, 치약만 가져오시면 될 듯. 유일한 단점은 수건에서 찜질방 수건같은 상쾌하지 않은 냄새가 났다는 것. 그것 빼곤 다 만족이라 다음에 송도갈 일 있으면 또 이용할 거에요. 주변에도 추천하고 싶네요.

송도가족여행
바로 앞이 송도해수욕장이고 주변에 음식점들도 있어서 편리하고 좋았습니다. 해운대나 광안리보다 조용해서 편하게 이용할수 있었고 방컨디션도 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 주차시설과 바로 앞이 해수욕장이다보니 수영복을 말릴수 있는 작은 건조대같은게 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

해수욕장이용 최적의
숙소는 만족합니다. 성수기라.주차가.약간 번거롭지만 체크인 체크아웃시간빼면 괜찮았어요. 차종에 따라 주차불가하니 꼭 체크해보세요. 방이.작은편이지만 엄청 깔끔하고 뷰가 너무 좋아서 그리고 해변바로앞이라 샤워도 편하고 만족스러웠습니다. 차타고 조금만.나가면.남포동이랑 영도가 가깝고 부산역이랑도 비교적 멀지않고 위치도 만족했어요. 방청소는 요금 따로 받고요.
