This is an open, modern, single level holiday home which comprises of four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight.
The master bedroom is adorned with a King size bed, and a large modern en-suite consisting of a bath and a large shower. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a slightly smaller en-suite, whilst bedroom 3 and four are equipped with two singles each and are serviced by the family bathroom. All four bedrooms are beautifully carpeted and have their own reverse cycle air conditioning unit.
The main family room consists of a seating area set around a 55 LED TV, and the wonderfully appointed kitchen.
Cook up a storm on the Induction cooktop and electric oven, using the more than adequate workspace. Or if you fancy chilling with a coffee, you can use the built in Siemens built in coffee machine.
On those lovely sunny days, you can open up the huge sliding doors to let the outside in, enjoy the BBQ and the large 8 seater outdoor table.
In addition to the 55 TV, you also have a separate theatre room complete with 65 Samsung curved LED TV, where you can enjoy your favourite movie. Or if TV is not what you are in the mood for, why not compete for bragging rights at table tennis - located in the garage.
Along with the bedrooms, all other rooms are heated or cooled with their own separate reverse cycle air conditioning units.
In addition, you can stay warm in those winter months using the indoor gas fireplace, or even sit around the fire pit outside. (The firepit cannot be used between the months of November and May due to local fire restrictions)
You are only a five minute drive to the magnificent Meelup Beach, or in the other direction to Dunsborough town centre.
Please note that Wifi in this area can be intermittent during busy times of the year.

If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
