Disappointment.

Did not get insurance. Di not know about a storm coming through that would close homestake pass. Called and asked if we could move hotels to Bozeman instead of butte due to weather outside my control. Was told I should’ve bought the insurance. I had hoped being an IHG member, I could be transferred to another IHGhotel in Bozeman. I won’t go through hotels.com again. This trip was last minute due to my father going into ICU in Kalispell. Believe me we would much rather have stayed closer and had a shorter drive this morning.

Great Hotel and quiet

A nice updated Hotel and breakfast was good. Pool and Spa were being resurfaced so unavailable... unfortunately.

Our shower made a horrible noise everytime we showered. If everyone else was already asleep you had to wait till morning or it wake everyone up. Breakfast was the best I had for a hotel continental breakfast. The lady at the desk was super sweet.

The hotel was nice and clean. They had good options for their free breakfast and the lobby area was nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, but for the price of their rooms I expected a little more. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room, which is a necessity when I am traveling with children. I even had people who were in town but staying at the Super 8 tell me they at least had a a mini fridge and microwave. In my option it should just be standard to have those in every room anymore. Other than that the hotel was good. Nice staff and comfortable and clean.
