The Space:

Interior Features:
As you walk in, you enter the newly designed kitchen area, featuring a cozy nook with a table for four, perfect for intimate meals. On your right-hand side is the first of five bedrooms, providing comfort and convenience.
The ground floor includes three bedrooms and one bathroom, tastefully decorated and functional for your stay. Continue walking, and you will discover a generously sized and well-equipped kitchen with bright Cape Cod-themed cabinets, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen includes:

As you pass through the kitchen, you'll encounter the second and third bedrooms, as well as the ground-floor bathroom. From there, head towards the back of the house, where the open-concept living and dining room provide a great place to hang out with the family. Enjoy dinner at the dining table or catch a movie on the 65-inch TV.
Upper Level and Entertainment:
In the center of the house, you'll find a spiral staircase leading to the loft. Upstairs, you'll discover the game room with two arcade games and a foosball table. To the left is the kids' bunk bedroom, cozy and equipped with bean bags for lounging. Further along, you'll pass another full bathroom and reach the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and amazing water views from anywhere in the room.
Outdoor Features:
The yard features a firepit with enough chairs for every guest to kick back and enjoy evenings by the fire. The property offers direct access to the water, with two kayaks available for your paddling adventures. Additionally, there's a small private beach for you to enjoy.

✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 10 total guests total - including children. All children over 2 will count towards the total guest count.
✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. The Pet fee is $250 for the first dog and $125 for the second dog and $100 for the third dog. . If you bring 2 or 3 dogs let us know as we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.
☀ Submit guest info 3 days before arrival for community and amenity access or we will have to pay a $50 late fee and charge it back to you.
ABSOLUTLEY NO PARTIES! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO DRINK AND BE LOUD PLEASE KEEP LOOKING. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and if our guests are loud the neighbors will call the police so just book another place if that is what you plan to do.

Other Things to Note:
There are 3 parking spots located on the right hand side of the road directly in front of the house. Please park between the mailbox on the front side and not past the telephone pole to the right of the property. We have neighbors and need to make sure they are not being blocked in or inconvenienced for any reason. Early check ins and late check outs are available for a fee.
Interaction with Guests:
While we are not local, we are available every day between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm to help with messages sent through airbnb or by contacting our phones directly. We have support standing by locally for any issue that can come up.
