Discover the charm of A Summer Cottage, a homely getaway in the heart of Byron Bay. This light-filled retreat combines modern comfort with the timeless soul of a classic Byron home.
Nestled on a serene and quiet country-style lane, A Summer Cottage is just a short stroll from the Main Street, Clarkes Beach, Cape Byron Lighthouse, and Tallow Beach. A local favourite, The Top Shop, is literally just around the corner for delicious coffee and meals. The short walk to Clarkes Beach includes a pathway through a beautiful section of reserve.
The cottage features three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a built-in wardrobe, ensuite, and air conditioning. Accommodating up to six guests, you’ll find a queen bed in one bedroom, and the choice of a king or two king singles in each of the other two bedrooms.
Separate from the bedrooms, enjoy peace and relaxation in the airconditioned living area where you can unwind over drinks with friends or enjoy a movie on the large comfy lounge suite. Accommodating both activities at the same time, the spacious lounge room can be closed off from the rest of the living area.
The large kitchen and dining area welcomes the outdoors in, with walls of windows overlooking tropical gardens and the outdoor entertainment areas. The coastal kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine (starter pack of pods included). Directly adjacent to the kitchen and dining, the covered deck is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining, overlooking the sparkling heated swimming pool.
A selection of books, magazines, games, and children's items ensures entertainment for all ages. Designed to bask in sunlight and enjoy cooling breezes, outdoor amenities include a delightful cubby and sandpit, perfect for young adventurers.
