Property was in a great location. Arrived there a bit early and was told I had to wait till the official check in time - reception didn't even check if the room was ready. Bit disappointing as I'd had a long drive. Pity about the roadworks going on nearby.

The location of this property provides proximity to Main Beach and the beachwalk as well as many shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

We liked the reception - very welcoming and helpful. The unit was clean and spacious and so comfortable. The outside front area was chipped and mouldy and off putting and so it was a lovely surprise to find the accommodation so good. The coffee, muffin and fruit in the morning was a delightful surprise.
