This was our 4th time. Very convenient to everything on the marina. Did all inclusivefor the first time so didnt eat outside of resort but only had 2 restaurant options as 2 were closed. Would not have done if we knew when booking. Food was good but hindsight there are so many other options around we missed out. Drink selection was limited with only house liquors as an option. Staff was fabulous.

This property is located in the heart of the commercial marina where all the fishing, diving, whale watching, sightseeing, etc. boats are based, cruise ships land here too. It’s surrounded by tons of restaurants, souvenir shops and their related hustlers literally shouting for your business, so location is obnoxious. The property itself is past its prime and not very clean, the food in hotel restaurants is mediocre at best and expensive. The bright spot is the staff is competent, friendly and very nice, most also seemed to speak pretty good English if that’s important to you. We wanted to see downtown Cabo and this is it, but once was enough, we won’t be going back.

Stayed here 5 times over the years and have always had a good experience. The staff keep the place looking good. The resort is getting to were it needs some major repairs floors,elevators not working,equipment etc.but it still the most convenient place to stay in Cabo as far as getting around the town and marina.

The only BIG problem was the checking in - the front desk person stated that Expedia had not reserved a “ junior suite 2 beds and a Marina View for me - cost me over $600 additional for that “Oversight! Was not very happy - the view and fresh breeze become very important when at the room after a long day’s outing ☹️

Great location, right on the marina. You can walk anywhere you want to in downtown Cabo. The only issue is the food at the rooftop patio was average at best and that included the breakfast buffet.

Tesoro is right in the middle of the marina in downtown Cabo. There are tons of things to do within walking distance, and it's a great spot to be to get on some of the snorkeling/dinner/fishing cruises. The hotel is nicely maintained and the rooms facing the pool/marina are spectacular and really capture the Cabo vibe. The pool area is nicely arranged and the food and drinks were great too. We would stay here again.

Slow check-in and out.
The check in and out process was exceedingly slow. It took at least 15 minutes to check out for each person once you got to the front desk. Because there was a line of about 7 people it took me an hour to check out. Check in also took a long time. They had to make copies of my passport and run my credit card three different times. Very antiquated system.

We needed a place to stay after getting off a boat. This place was right near by, affordable, convenient for dinner at the pool bar and restaurant. Included breakfast for an inexpensive price and we got upgraded to room with a view. Had a great time!
