I stayed in a room that’s not safe to begin with because the lock is not secured so anybody could easily open it up. Also, the place is not clean at all and it looks really old.

I did like the AC and the shower. Amenities were slim like no shampoo or hot water heater for coffee. We had to wait to check in while they looked for the person to check in.
Food is good, staff is ok.
Beds are ok. Have fridge.
Tv reception is good.
Daily housekeeping.
Cob webs are present, air/con is loud, and brace yourself ROACHES mainly in bathroom and crawling in fouler floor, these roaches are big too. OMG so distressing considering we have to protect our luggage now. Call housekeeping to spray under sink. And we had to purchase a small can of spray. I mean can’t they put the pest under control. Disgusting. Instead of grand Hotel it should be called Roach hotel. Lol and we had to turn the bathroom sink water on from the shut off valve under the sink. If you turn it on to far the entire pipes start shaking and making a noise like a jack hammer. I guess it the pump trying to pump the water from deep in the well. They said all the rooms are like that but I don’t know. The price should only be 15 a day not 30 for superior room. My advice is if you don’t mind roaches and noising air/con and sink. You ok, jolly bees is close by. Roaches is the negatron and noisy water pump. Keep looking.
Older possible 5 star hotel, with good maintenance. Old style Central hot water system, New room AC, Parkay room floor, quiet surroundings. Well trained, polite, friendly staff. Nice dinning room, quality food, economical prices. A great hotel for cost conscience persons.
There was internet connection drop after few days and no one give right info about correcting password.
There is was sometimes no towels and toilets roll in bath/toliet.
This was my second time stay in same hotel. First visit 2017 i stay one month without complaints but tjis visit 11 nights but im not happy as 2017 trip

I loved the hotel the staff were friendly kind and very supportive The breakfast was amazing the rooms clean and large I will always stay at this motel when I am in Manila Also the price is great money for value

Nice hotel for traveler who want to sleep well .
The hotel was good enough for us considering amount we paid for 4of us.
I like they use boiler to make hot water. I could enjoy strong shower.
The location is within very traffic area , so for land traveler it,s better check very well the route coming to the hotel. I think Drive Navi took us shortest route but very traffic.
The hotel is very closed to all services and amenities (e.g banks, food and rides). The hotel staff are so friendly! I highly recommend this hotel for your convenience not necessarily for a high standard hotel but some place to stay for convenience, friendly staff and affordable stay. Thank you so much!
good central location if you want to b e close to the centre of CDO. Staff are polite when you talk to them, but not much effort shown. Decor is tired and old; needs a refurb ASAP. adequate cleanlines.
