Good: I liked that we had our own bathroom and didn't have to share it with other people. We wanted to check-in at 1 pm, 2 hrs earlier than the official check-in of 3 o'clock. The landlord managed to get the accommodation ready at that time. Accommodation is at walking distance of the trainstation. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Elmas airport on a very early Sunday morning when there aren't buses yet.

Stort rum i gamla stan

Stort och fint renoverat rum med tre härliga med fransk balkong. Läget var toppen mitt i gamla stan och badrummet fräscht och fint. Det enda var att golvet inte var rent när man satte ner fötterna efter duschen. Fötterna blev smutsiga igen så om värden sett till att dammsuga ordentligt och skurat golven så hade det varit toppen på alla punkter. Strandlakanen var inte tvättade som fanns till låns i garderoben men vi hoppas att det helt enkelt var en miss.

chambre spacieuse dans le centre de cagliari

Nous avons passé une nuit dans Casa marina. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres mises à location. La chambre que nous avons eu était très spacieuse, propre, bien aménagé et le lit était super confortable. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont à partager. L'appartement est très central, dans le quartier de la marina avec tous les services et les restaurants à deux pas. L'entrée aux lieux s'est fait de manière autonome.

Clean and quiet guest house in good location

Das Gästehaus ist in einer super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Burg und zum Hafen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Bett sehr gemütlich. Es war alles sauber und ruhig. Gerne wieder. The guest house is in a great location right in the city center and very close to the train station, the castle and the harbor. The reception was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and quiet.

Casa Marina

A very nice, clean and big room which shared a good bathroom with the other existing room. The host was very friendly and service minded. The location is very good with restaurants and cafés in the area and 2 blocks down you will find the harbour. Backdraws are that no breakfast is included and the cooking facilities are not allowed for use. The WiFi worked in the pentry but not in the room. But I can still warmly recommend Casa Marina. /Stefan

Appartement très bien placé à 300 m de la Marina, équipements entièrement neufs et de qualité, propriétaires aux petits soins en cas de nécessité. Par contre l'installation d'un retour Wi-Fi supplémentaire serait de bon allois (mais on trouve facilement des hot-spots en ville).

La posizione dell'albergo è ottimale rispetto alla stazione(5min a piedi),al centro storico e ai ristoranti proprio sotto casa. le numerose zanzare e l'assenza del climatizzatore possono creare disagi. il bagno è in comune con l'altra stanza.

Casa Marina : ce n'est pas un hotel , ce sont deux chambres avec cuisine et salle de douche WC destinées à des touristes dans un appartement au 2e etage d'une maison de ville ancienne tres bien rénovée et tres calme typiquement sarde du centre de Cagliari. Propreté impeccable mais il n y a pas de service ni de petit dejeuner servi puisque l'on peut se le préparer soi-même. Une machine à laver disponible. Cet hébergement aurait plutôt sa place sur un site de B&B

Appartement renové à la décoration decontractée 2 chambres indépendantes qui partagent une salle de bain commune ce qui n'était pas précisé . Bien placé et agréable . Cette chambre d'hôtes est située dans le centre de Cagliari mais cependant très calme. Il y a en fait 2 chambres doubles (salle de bains et cuisine à partager), très spacieuses et joliment décorées. L'accueil est charmant, il est possible de se garer au parking de la gare toute proche (10€ la journée).

Très bon emplacement et très belle chambre

Propriétaire très chaleureux et soucieux de la propreté des lieux communs. Seul petit bémol: cumulus un peu petit pour quatre personnes... Hôtel situé à 5minutes à pieds de la gare ferroviaire et des bus, super pratique pour visiter les villes au alentour en bus!
