Had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right in the centre of Cairns so you are so conveniently placed for food, shops, the reef depot, pickup for activities booked, the esplanade etc. The room we had in the hotel was brilliant, so clean, modern, fresh with outside access to the pool, so we had a lovely stay. The reception was full of activity leaflets so there is plenty to choose from. Overall we were thrilled with our stay.

So for what you pay and location this is a great option. Sure it could do with a makeover but rooms were large and spotless and well equipped. Really helpful to have laundry facilities with sachet of washing powder too! Beds comfy and room was quiet ( was at back of hotel which is preferable). Great stop over spot.

Nice enough
The name boutique is a little misleading. Decor is 90s resort but the rooms are large. It was clean but the bed was a bit basic and uncomfortable and the bathroom lights were way too white and bright. The pool is nice but is very noisy from mechanical units in the courtyard.

We had room number 21, it's an older style building that has everything that's needed. We had a kitchen, balcony, bedroom, washer and dryer in the bathroom. And the location is perfect right near the water and alot of different shops, and the night markets right next door.

Rooms are nice. Had washer & Dryer. Plates, tea cups, silverware etc. are provided. Rooms have microwave, tea kettle, refrigerator. Internet connection is terrible. Even the Hotel WiFi does not connect properly. One has to go to the common area .

Comfortable centrally located apartment
A nice apartment for a week's stay. Central to plenty of restaurants and the reef terminal. Very comfortable bed indeed. I slept very well. The people on reception were very helpful. The ony down side for me was no internet access in my room but Maccas with its free wifi is a short walk away.

Lovely older style hotel/apartment complex. Very clean with helpful and efficient staff. Pool was heated and pool area clean and tidy. Central to shops, restaurants/cafes, The Lagoon promenade and wharf.

Room was large and comfortable facing out to the pool. Overall quite good although there’s bery loud air building next door with loud air conditioning machines. Also, the hotel is in quite good condition but needs a bit of paint in a few places - the door to our room was stained with blotchy marks - not a showstopper but an example of a few things that need a bit of tlc
