Overall pretty good
After 3 weeks 4WD up to Cape and back it was good to have a nice hot shower and change of clothes. This hotel was a welcome change to the camping and camp grounds. A nice place to refresh before heading south.

Nice, but humid room.
Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Microwave, refridgerator and kettle worked. Could not get ac set below 23C. The room was warm at times and was humid. No charge for late check out before noon.

Great location, walkable to promenade and endless restaurants. Good sized room and comfortable bed and pillows. Bar upstairs and evening entertainment was fun. Housekeeping on the weekend was a little lax however front desk team were excellent and dealt with the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Good location to Cairns centre and has a good pool area and restaurant however if I stayed again I would request a room on the southern side of the property as we had noisy nights due to the property across from us to the north

Hotel appears to have had a recent refurb though it feels a bit cheap, like a Bali hotel. Room was big and comfortable, buffet breakfast was pretty solid.
