It is a nice place to stay if you wish to be near the Korba area. Also near the airport. Security is good and the area is clean. The restaurant downstairs is superb even for the daily breakfast which comes with the room. The room is old but I think they have maintained it the best they could. Everything works like you need it to. Just can be very noisy on weekend nights from the bar and restaurant downstairs.

The service was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our first room was extremely noisy until early hours of the morning due to an open air restaurant with very loud music right under our window. We asked to change our room and the staff were extremely accommodating. There was still noise but it was less obtrusive.

This spot was completely delightful! Exactly what I needed and so much more. Small, personal, historic, really GREAT design in the modernization of my room. This was absolutely the best decision I have ever made with regard to hotel stays. I enjoyed every day of it! The hotel is amazing, the service, food, cleanliness of the rooms and the entire place. The breakfast in the garden every morning is soul therapy. There are 9 different dining options within the same place and endless number of choices around. I will definitely stay there when I visit Cairo next time and will also recommend to all my friends/family.

Amazing stay at 1930 Boutique!
This property was a private owned villa turned into a small hotel and many restaurants. The location is great in the heart of Heliopolis, atmosphere is amazing, very unique and make you feel at home. Also very very clean and staff are super friendly. I extended my stay here and will definitely come back when I visit Cairo next time. Cons: some rooms don’t offer a complete private bathroom in case you’re not travelling with a partner
