Doesn’t feel like you’re staying at the airport. Staff really helpful and polite and property was very clean. Open buffet choices were always fresh and tasty. Will be staying there again! It would be nice if they could provide a hairdresser / nail service to their spa services.

This hotel has been very, very accommodating to our special requests. When we arrived in Cairo very early, they allowed us to check in unusually earlier. And today, because of our late flight out of Cairo, they let us leave way later than any hotel we had been into, Thanks Le Meridien! On top of that, the staff is really courteous and the food fantastic. If you have a long layover in Cairo, I highly recommend staying here!!!

We stayed there 3 different times in 2 weeks. First time everything was fine. Second time problem w/the room so they addressed it and then said for the 3rd stay we would have an upgrade on the room and free breakfast. At the 3rd stay check in we had problems with the check in. They had difficulty changing the free breakfast to lunch as we were leaving at 4am. The room they gave us was like the "standard room" but had a coffee maker along with the VIP Lounge. To be honest the VIP lounge was only pastries and soda drinks & yogurt; I wasn't impressed. They had us go there, as the room wasn't ready and would be ready in 5 min. Well 30 min went by, no one came. Then the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready and if they had any available for that evening 'they would all be loud due to 3 weddings". I lost it at that point. That isn't my issue that they booked 3 weddings and they chose then tell me after they did the check in they didn't have a room away from them! I was ready to lose it, because the girl at the counter obviously didn't give a damn. I demanded they give me one away from the noise or I would escalate this with Expedia and give a 1star review; only then they did something. However, then we had to wait another 30 minutes for that room. The only good thing about the hotel was: main buffet restaurant staff was very good and the masseuse Aya was incredible! Otherwise it was subpar for sure due to the lack of help from the staff.

Enjoyed my dtay staff were attentive room clean & tidy easy access to airport staff are friendly not vegan friendly no choices when i tried to make selections separate payment was required and still didnt receive whst i requested. Wasn't happy with service. Was happy to know about free shuttle service for 2 hrs shopping minimum. I enjoyed my stay.
