Not worth it, stay elsewhere
I have stayed at this location but in a different condo a few months ago and this particular condo was dirty, outdated & not comparable to the other condo we stayed at. Let me say I have stayed at several condos in Sunset Beach and this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed. There was a cockroach on the counter, dust everywhere, buildup of dirt and grime on the door ways and vents, mildew on the shower curtains, stains on the carpet, and poor water pressure in one of the bathrooms. This place is in dire need of some TLC and upgrade in its furniture. There was a reason there were no pictures of the inside. The beds were not that comfortable and the carpets felt dirty. When we walked in it reeked of fish. Not sure if the people before kept fish in the fridge or if it was just how it smelled. The light fixture was hanging off of the ceiling in the kitchen and the smoke alarms didn’t have any batteries in them and taken apart. The dishwasher was loaded with dishes but not unloaded. 2/3 bedrooms had old, box TVs. Pluses- spacious and great for 3-5 people. Kitchen had most of the things you would need to cook. Laundry room, although we didn’t use it so I’m not sure how well it works. Big dining room table and tons of seating in screened in front porch. Located on the bottom floor and on the corner so no need for the elevator. This place was mediocre and not a place I will return to. If I were you I would save your money and look elsewhere.
