My stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Calangute was exceptional, thanks to the extraordinarily courteous team that manages this hotel. From the front desk staff to housekeeping and the culinary team, everyone was genuinely warm and polite, which is rare to find. Highly recommend!

Memorable Stay at Fairfield by Marriott Calangute
It was a very amazing and memorable experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Neat and clean property. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean even though it was raining heavily all the 3 days of our stay, the pool water was clear as crystal. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall we were taken good care of. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Good property, very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful breakfast. Location is not good if getting to beaches and shacks are the primary intent of the stay. Calangute beach is at least a 15 minute walk and Candolim is further apart. Common App based taxis were not available, which made commute a bit of challenge.

Hotel is pretty clean, bed is really really small. House keeping don't do a good job while cleaning your room. Room service is super slow. Order 1 hr before your meal time, to avoid any waiting. They lack cutlery in the dining areas. Pls re stock the hotel with cutlery. Otherwise, every staff of the hotel was very polite and friendly. Only good thing. Cheers to that.

For the past month we have been traveling India to the North and West. The most wonderful stay and service we have received during our trip in India from 20 through 24 of April, 2024. Alisa was very helpful giving us suggestions to places and restaurants, making sure that we had everything we needed. * Poor service. The hotel staff could not book taxi for us, they could only provide number. Also housekeeping did not provide towels when cleaning so we had to ask for new ones. * Poor isolation of doors to room, which was not nice at night. * The pool area was under renovation which we were not informed of when booking the stay. You could still use the pool but not very nice to do when renovation was done at the same time.

Our stay at the property was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was good size with a nice balcony. The ambience around the lobby and dining area was also very good. Food is excellent but sometimes we found some of the dishes cold during the morning breakfast. The staff are very nice. However, some of them could do with a bit more smile and remembering requests but nevertheless they are very good. A couple of issues though: the bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment especially the tiles in the shower area which looked not that clean around the corners. Secondly, the taxi drivers booked via the GoaMiles app are reluctant to come to the hotel as they say they get intimidated by the taxi drivers outside who are not signed up to that app and who charge atleast 1.5 times more than what is shown by the app. Overall, it was a relaxing experience. Thank you.
