Holiday Home 'Cri' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning
The vacation house "Cri", is independent, has a sea view, an equipped garden a large free street parking in front of the entrance gate.
The structure is composed as follows:
Fenced, paved outdoor space, gazebo equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and sea chairs
Ground floor: living room, kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom and a crib, are on the same level as the parking lot.
Upper floor: a double bedroom and a single bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, small sink and mirror. Covered veranda. All beds are SOMMIER (SIMMONS bed system). All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The house is close to the center and all essential services.
The beach of "Sotto Torre," can also be reached on foot, because it is about 900 meters from the dwelling. It has shallow water and crystal clear waters. It is particular for its beautiful view of the Island of San Pietro.
The other three beaches are: le Saline, Spiaggia Grande and Cala Lunga equipped with a kiosk with attached services. A shuttle service is available to reach the beaches (for a fee).
For those who like cliffs, the island is rich in coves and depending on the winds always offers a sheltered corner.
Wind and kitesurfing, hiking, scuba diving, horseback riding, canoe and sailing lessons, and fishing are available in the area.
Wi-Fi is not available, but data reception works well.
The manager will ask guests to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian laws.
Sheets and towels can be provided (on request).Only one child is allowed per stay (0 to 2 years old).
