Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

The service is horrible! The staff is very impolite. The only good thing is the river which crosses the hotel . Just horrible, horrible and horrible!!

Not a 4 and a half stars
The hotel does not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc...only bar soap but very small. If you need to consume anything, you need to make a deposit which is outdated system. If you need to use your credit card to make a deposit to charge the consume card and if you do not consume the entire amount you made the deposit, the hotel won't refund you. I hated staying there.

IMG precisa se atualizar pra prestar o serviço.
O condomínio é excelente. No entanto a unidade que fiquei é totalmente sem manutenção. E um Flet com cozinha, porém sem nenhum utensílio de cozinha, nem copo. Sem microondas, sem cookitop, sem cafeteira, sem ferro de passar e sem secador de cabelo, nada mesmo, somente tinha um trigo bar. Armários quebrados, cama do quarto velha. Penso eu se vc aluga um Flet com cozinha, pq você precisa, pois com criança necessita. E lá no condomínio descobrir que tem 2 empresas que alugam tais Flet, e essa IMG é pessima.

Pontos a melhorar: Banheiro voltando fedor do esgoto, insuportável de ficar no quarto com a porta aberta. Wifi, melhor dizer que não tem, não abre nada, fica carregando. Pontos positivo: O café da manhã é ótimo.

Gostei bastante da estadia, o fato de usufruir do rio com água bem morninha é bem legal, as piscinas nem usamos pois gostamos do rio, o local do café de manhã é quase de frente ao hotel e foi bem satisfatório também. Os atendentes tanto do hotel quanto do local do café da manhã foram bem cordiais.

barullho a noite toda no quarto de cima
Já havia me hospedado antes e tinha sido tudo bem desta vez ficamos em um quarto que parecia que arrastaram móveis a noite inteira no quarto de cima. fizemos várias reclamações, até foram no quarto de cima, mas disseram que não era lá. Não conseguimos dormir nada. De manhã na hora do chekuot nos falaram de poderia ser uma porta de serviços ao lado do quarto. mas eram moveis arrastando a noite toda. ficamos no quinto andar de frente ao rio. Foi muito ruim, pois fomos para descansar e não dormimos. na saída ainda fizeram piadas, dizendo que era mal assombrado.

Estadia muito boa, café da manhã excelente; só precisam limpar a saída da água dos chuveiros, pois os jatos já não saem concentrados. O rio que passa atrás do hotel é muito agradável.

Quartos antigos em péssimas condições.
Fiquei em um quarto antigo,com mobiliário bem desgastado,camas com colchões antigos,ar-condicionado velhos e barulhentos necessitando de manutenção, a limpeza é precária minha esposa em duas ocasiões matou baratas,recomendo uma desinsetização.O atendimento da equipe do IMG no check-in e no check-out foi decepcionante,pareciam bem insatisfeito no trabalho não atendendo nenhuma solicitação nossa durante a estadia,parecia que estava fazendo favor para os hóspedes.O único ponto positivo é o café da manhã que é de qualidade e a equipe de atendimento realiza sim um trabalho de qualidade.
