This hotel had no working AC! I was advised that due to Spannish law it could only cool the rooms to 26 degrees so it was like sleeping in a sauna. The beds were also the hardest things I have ever slept on so we simply didn’t sleep for the time we were there! Otherwise the pool areas were really lovely and well maintained and the staff were also very friendly- such a shame when we just couldn’t sleep due to the heat and hard beds! Tried to leave the hotel a day early due to this and hotel would in no way give us even a part refund nor supply us with a fan to try keep the room even marginally cooler.

The apartment was very tiny and not very clean. The hotel had live music that went until midnight twice a week and if you had a balcony facing the pool this could be heard.

Firstly, the rooms have not sound proof. We could hear everything from the room next door, conversation, using the toilet and shower, being played which was not even loud, people coming and going banging doors all the time. Even got woken by someone being sick, in the night. No kettles or fridges in rooms. (may be an oversite on my part for not noting when I booked). We go to Calella every year same time, certainly won't be booking this hotel again.

Son muy acogedores, tienen un estupendo servicio de animación en el Hotel para los niños. El mío, quedó encantado. En el comedor son amables y en la recepción del Hotel. El pero, está en los accesos a los pisos del hotel.

La demi pension est en supplément, aucune animation pour les ados, l appartement eqt propre, les serviettes sont changés tout les 2 jours, la clim eqt quasi inexistantes, rien à faire aux alentours... Petite piscine, les parties communes ne sont pas propres, la porte coulissante des toilettes est translucide, on aperçoit votre silhouette. Le personnel est sympathique.

Las piscinas estaban bien pero haria falta renovar el suelo de la piscina infantil. Tenia suelo de madera por varias zonas levantado y roto. Las habitaciones normalitas pero algo sucias. La animacion de la noche podria mejorar solo con prepararselo. Parecia que era la primera noche que hacian karaoke.

Voy fui el año pasado y este y la verdad que no me arrepiento y pienso volver primero de todo porque puedes entrar con tu mascota a todo el recinto cosa que ningún hotel hace le ponen su camita le dan golosinas una maravilla y luego el personal el personal es que es acojonante todos son muy serviciales muy serviciales siempre están pendientes de lo que necesitas y voy a hacer una mención especial a mi niña Aina que es una camarera del restaurante que es lo más es encantadora simpática bueno lo tiene todo a mí me enamoró y luego María también también se desvive por servirnos y bueno y es que todo todos son personas todo el personal todo el personal es de 10
