HOUSE RULES

Utilities & Equipment Maintenance:
○ Complete a walkthrough around the unit after check-in, to verify everything is functional (this protects both you and us from issues that may arise)
○ Anyone found tampering with safety devices/equipment in our units will be warned only ONCE through text (we are notified when unplugged, moved, etc.). 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.
○ Any damaged utilities or equipment will be subject to fees, we do our best to ensure everything is functional before your stay so please maintain our lovely home thank you

Smoking:
○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in this building.
○ There is a $250CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from a unit per condo by law and fine policy.

Shoes:
○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home.

Quiet hours:
○ 11 pm to 7 am (this is a residential building)
○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction.
○ Keep noise under 80db
○ We have a noise detector

No parties:
○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music but events for work or meetings are allowed .

Lost FOB:
○ Guest will be charged $250 per lost Fob

Stampede weekend
While this unit is a great location and has fantastic views of the city, our overall stay and experience at this unit was poor. The elevators were extremely slow but we did understand that this was the busiest time of year. However, we had 6 adults and there was only 4 towels and no wash clothes. When going to load the washer at check out, I realized all of the towels were still in the washer (wet) with sheets still in the dryer (also wet). We couldn’t find any cups and realized at check out that everything was in the dishwasher but dirty (was never ran from the last guests). The unit has very thin blinds with a ton of windows so it stays very warm until the sun goes down not to mention it was difficult for kids to go to sleep bc there is so much light in every bedroom. It was the perfect location to go to and from the stampede but other than that, everything else was a negative experience.

Awesome Location
We had a short 1 night stay in this lovely Condo. Beautiful view and location. Quick walk to the Calgary Stampede Grounds and Saddledome. You can also walk out for dinner or drinks to many great spots very close by. Underground parking was a great bonus. Beds were super comfy and the condo very clean. I would recommend to everyone and stay here again when visiting Calgary.
