The staff are very welcoming and room we stayed in is very clean. The only minor hiccup is our heater is not heating to its potential and our room is sometimes chilly. Other than that we had a great experience and would go back again.

Overall very clean and spacious! Stayed for 2 days to visit our daughter who is at UOC. She stayed one night with us. Very friendly front desk staff. Joanna was quite efficient in her service and very helpful! Love her smile and spontaneous greeting! Only cloud was the customer service from the staff of room service. I had ordered for desserts. Went to pick up from the dining hall and did not feel welcome as staff was not at all welcoming in her attitude.

The hotel is pretty good overall, the mattresses are starting to show their age though, and the heat in my room was uncontrollable, too hot..too cold..etc etc

No blackout curtains. Only a thin flimsy white curtain that let in a lot of light all through the night. Very noisy. There’s a common balcony connecting all the rooms on the floor and anyone walking along that balcony can easily peer into the room through the thin curtains. No privacy.

room cleanliness was good, the hallways and other general acces areas not so much. There was a large beer glaas in the the hallway when we checked in and 2 1'2 days ltaer ion checkout it was still there. trhis hotel has interior brick balconies over looking common areas and there was litter and other objects on the ledge of this bricking, also a butter knife on one of these ledges which I put down on the carpeted floor just to see how long it would remain there, again still there after 2 1/2 days. anything knocked or falling from these interior brick balconies would hurt someone very seriously. while all the staff were very frindly and helpful when asked they seemed to have a lackadaisical attitude like 'well that's not my job' or nobody asked me to specificaly do that even as they walked right past an obvious thing that needed attention.
