Why is it that there are always issues with the hot tub? The water was not even as hot as I would have in a bathtub. There were no jets working. And when I went to the front desk to ask about it, the young lady there couldn’t cared less. She said well sometimes the heater shuts off and I’m like well that’s just stupid. Doesn’t anybody check these things if you don’t know what the hell is going on where are you working there. When I checked in though Livvy, there wasn’t the friendliest either so I don’t know what the deal is with the front desk staff, my room was decent thank goodness

Decent hotel, horrible customer service
Overall the hotel was good. Nice rooms, clean, pool was fun for the kids. The customer service however was awful. Every employee (except one) we had contact with was miserable. Lots of sighs, rolling eyes, general unhappiness and grumbling. It was quite shocking actually. The price is right and the place was decent, but the customer service definitely makes me never want to return to this hotel.

I am not one to complain. But I will never stay at this Inn again and usually comfort inn is my first choice. The room seemed dirty/ shower curtain had boogers on it and walls were in bad shape. No directory book. Rugs were stained couch was stained. Pool and hot tub seemed dirty and ran down hot tub was pealing cement chip out of it had seemed and the jets didn’t work. I will stay at my regular comfort inns but I will never go back to this one. It was like staying in a low class dive and felt more dirty then rested when leaving. the facility. Postive note. The breakfast area was kept up nicely food was hot and staff were nice. But over all that was the only positive I could seem to find in my whole stay.
