WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT THIS HOTEL! I didn’t expect to be treated this way. Just because I was filling my cooler with ice. Is that how the staff handle a customer service? I deeply felt being HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED INFRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. The male staff approach me while I was filling up my cooler with ice. He didn’t hesitate to say bluntly infront of other people “the ice is for everybody, you don’t have to fill up your cooler with ice”. He could have approached me in a different way but no filter at all with words came out of his mouth plus other people are present at that time. You can check the cameras it was between 10:50pm - 11:10pm. Honestly, it’s a very traumatic experience for me to be treated like this! I didn’t deserve to be humiliated infront of other people. This is unacceptable! I will definitely seeking legal advice from my lawyer regarding this matter and I will not tolerate this type of behaviour from the staff of Days Inn Hotel Balzac. I felt being Insulted and belittled because of filling ice to my cooler. Was there any note or warning sign that you can’t fill up your cooler with ice? Was there any wrongdoing I did to harm the hotel staff or cause any damage to the hotel? Was there any misbehaviours I did that caused any problems with other hotel guests? What I felt after that traumatic encounter with the male staff is that I just want to hide and leave the hotel! I don’t want to be seen by other people specially those people who are present.

Everything was great, the room was a good size, the beds are comfortable. The staff are really nice and friendly. The only complaint I would say about the place is the breakfast was not good at all. It looked cheap and everything tasted like it was all frozen pre made food that you can buy in the frozen ile of the grocery store. Also there was only one elevator too.

Everything was VERY CLEAN!!! We have stayed at several hotels in the past two months and most of them were not up to my standard of cleanliness. It was COMPLETELY REFRESHING to stay in a room that I didn't have to clean. Staff was wonderful!
