The staff are very friendly and helpful here. The rooms are clean and the TV works well with a good variety of channels. Only thing is that the gym could afford to have some dumbbells.

The service was great but the smell of the rooms was way too strong which gave me a headache and made my allergies act up. I did get moved to a room without carpet but the smell was still apparent just not as bad.

The front end staff was very helpful and courteous. I had booked for three nights, but only needed two, and she was able to cancel the last night even though I booked on Expedia. I would stay here again. It’s super convenient for having family in the Deerfoot hospital.

Its not very clean and the breakfast didn’t have many options. There was a weird smell in the room and the walls are not insulated well. You can hear the room next to you very clear sunce there is a double door between adjacent rooms

I have been staying here off and on for 10 years. It is convenient and generally clean. Staff are kind. Beds are wonderful and comfy. I only hacer two things to offer for improvement. The fans in the bathrooms are horrifically loud. Annoying, like a roaring airplane. And the fitness room had 17 18 litre water bottles and seemed a bit unkempt. It’s a small room. But the fitness machines were very nice.
