Overall good value for the price! Good location.
The hotel was modern and very clean. Only thing was thin walls, even walking the hallway to our room you could easily hear people talking in their room (we were in 3rd floor) our room had an adjouning door to room next to us so the sound really carried!! Also our room was very warm! too warm to sleep properly. If we were staying more than one night, I would have complained or maybe changed rooms. On the plus side the service was great, the dinner in the Buckel Restaurant was really good and the morning breafast also really good! Would recommend and stay at this hotel again for sure! Thanks!

During our stay, we did a reservation for 3 rooms for my family. When we reached for the check-in, it tooks us almost an hour. They have on that day only one receptionist to welcome the guests. During night around 2am the other room was having kind of a party it was so loudly and we couldn't sleep. We called and someone came to ask them to stop. One of the bathroom was not clean at all and my sister has to come in my room to refresh herself We didn't really enjoy our time there

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious with mini fridge and hair dryer but no microwave. There is a microwave in the breakfast room that can be used. The breakfast was very good. There was croissant/muffins/yogurt/cereal/milk, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs with cheese, there was some with pork which we didn't eat, hashbrowns, make it yourself waffles, and different juice. The breakfast area is clean and spacious enough for everyone to eat. It was open from 7-10am when we were there. The rooms were spacious. I would suggest adding more towels but it wasn't a big deal since we just asked the cleaning lady for more. There is a hot tub and pool. We used the hot tub. It wasn't scorching hot but it was still very good to use. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the location which is not really the fault of the hotel. The area is in a sketchy area with alot of homeless and sketchy people around. We felt safe in side the hotel but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking out alone near the hotel.
