Only negative was that the hot tub was not very warm at all. The jets would barely just push the water but didn’t create bubbles (not a typical hot tub more so a big bath tub). When trying to have staff help with this the front desk lady and maintenance man were both kinda rude in the demeanour. Could tell they didn’t care

Arrives in cold-rain on motorbike from out of town. Friendly Staff allowed me to park bike in a space in carport. McDonald's & Tim Hortons a 1/2 block away. Quiet, clean rooms; reasonable free breakfast in morning.

Good value here. Would have appreciated a little larger fridge similar to the one we had in our Wyndham accommodation in Castlegar. Also, never could figure out how to set the air conditioner temperature although it wasn't a big problem. I never asked the staff so can't blame them.

Average property. You can easily hear noise from the next room. Only one elevator. You have to bend in the shower as the shower head is at 5 feet just in front of your face. When you enter the hotel l, you are welcomed by strong chlorine smell. Breakfast time is 7 to 10am but they run out of main foods around 9.15am. Housekeeping staff is is good. Rooms and wash rooms are clean and tidy.

My room faced transit train tracks, so train came by every 5-10 min. Smoke detector in hallway outside rm 410 gave small beeps regularly, probably needs to be changed. Room was clean and comfortable though. Good breakfast selection. Would probably not stay here again.
