Everything was good, except for the location of the room in front of the elevator, with constant noises all day long. On the other hand, our booked package with Expedia included a return flight at night. The hotel refused any flexibilities about it. So, we had to leave the hotel at 11 am. Unfortunately, this experience makes me think that the package option was not a good idea.

Service for the shuttle was excellent. We arrived late at night. The hotel sent the shuttle promptly. The gentleman picking us up was clean, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at the hotel check in with seamless. Our room was clean. We were able to walk to neighbouring Restaurant and receive food. Other amenities were within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable. It was an excellent day.

The pick up from the airport was seamless. The driver was amazing. Check-in was seamless. The beds are super comfortable. Our sweet room had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. A nice little table to play cards at. Walking distance to several restaurants and other services without having to walk on busy streets. Convenient 7-Eleven close by. Tim Hortons.

Front desk staff very professional, breakfast wait staff friendly. Only problem we had was the noisy heating unit. It wasn’t a problem from our last stay, otherwise everything were ok.
