Love the overall look and entertainment of the casino and event centre. Details like better coffee/cream could improve. We weren’t happy with the renovations above our first room that woke us up and weren’t comfortable with the noise… no refund nor apology. Not cool. We were happy we got moved rooms when requested. The staff are otherwise excellent and we otherwise like the hotel!
