Extremely satisfied with everything. Rooms are great and very convenient for use of computers and other devices. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The staff was very hospitable. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant with a great pool and water slide. One area for improvement is the check-in process. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes or so because our room wasn't prepared yet.

The water slides are clean and well cared for. My kids enjoyed it. Lots of underground parking- first come first serve. Rooms are generally tidy. Manager was very responsive to a concern we had about the sofa bed sheets and took measures to resolve it. Lobby area is tidy. The restaurant at the property needs some care and attention. Staff was very inattentive and tables were left dirty even with the restaurant being dead.

I felt the restaurant was trying a little too hard to be fine dining. $18 per person for a less than stellar breakfast buffet. Don't waste your money on this. Pool towel area was a constant pond. Which caused wet footprints through the halls. If you put the towel return into the towel room then towels could be used to mop up the mess and feet wouldn't get wet. You're welcome.

Great little getaway.
It was great. We appreciated a room near the elevator, however being directly over the entrance wasn't a great view. Overall, though, very clean, the pool was great, and the service was lovely.

The staff were friendly and ready to assist you and ready to answer any questions. The hotel had many amenities for the guests. The exercise facility was good and the swimming pool was very busy. And the shopping area was very close by to the hotel.
