Very clean. Overall quiet. Doors have a latch for extra safety. I had a lovely stay. Plus the shower is slippery when water running and the room was a little bit deemed.

At 8:30 PM arrival, there is no person to check you in. I waited almost 10 minute. Restaurant foos is garbage. The thermostat for heater, cooler doesn't work. The coffee machine in the room broken.

We were staying 5 of us in one room. 3 adults, 2 children. The room was great. Lots of room with the two Queen beds in a separate area giving us a lot of room. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

After calling the Hotel directly to discuss parking for a week while we flew to Toronto and I was told $7/night and we were good to go. Only to arrive and be told it’s $10/night and they have no room left.

The check-in was quick but not friendly, staff gave us the paper to fill out then handed us the room key without greeting. Room has nice space but bed sheets were dirty, found black and brown spots on them, the counter by the window was covered in dust. Pool was much smaller than expected. The worst part was the noice, we stayed on the 6th floor while there was a party on the main floor and we could still hear the loud noise from the party, we call the front desk at 10:55pm and was told that there was nothing they could do as the party wouldn’t end for another hour. This was the first time we stay with Halliday Inn and it would likely be the last too.
