The hotel room was very clean and spacious... they had a fridge, microwave and nespresso machine... you could get water and ice in a separate area next to the elevator(although the ice machine was out of order)... tons of free parking and close to the airport...the only thing that i didn't like was the pillows, very lumpy but the bed was comfortable... overall enjoyed our 3 night stay!

Overall a great overnight stay. the rooms are clean, and very quiet, they have great beds, bedding, and pillows. The Steam shower option was also very relaxing! overall a great stay! close to the airport, and a free shuttle and Car parking if you stay with them before you leave!

Country Thunder Weekend stay
We were here for 3 nights to see Country Thunder. I loved the location of the hotel. It was quiet. The beds are lovely. And the room overall was beautifully decorated and furnished. My only suggestion would be to change a couple of the pillows for something less dense as the pillows were too much when I normally sleep on feather pillows. The service was exceptional and I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Calgary.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and been very happy with the property and staff. However, upon our arrival there was a systems failure and the staff could not issue key cards for our rooms. We were left to wait in the lobby for close to an hour with a tired 7 year old and 4 tired seniors while the manager “got permission “ from the owners to open our room. Finally we were escorted to our rooms by the manager but since we had no key cards we couldn’t leave our rooms. No compensation or even apology was offered- we left in the morning rather disgruntled.
