Unkempt accommodations
Upon check in we noticed the smell of fish upon entry. The wifi was not working and took 3 hours to fix.The only toilet did not work. We struggled to find things to cook with as there were no pots, pans or cooking trays, just grease and old food in the oven. ANTS EVERYWHERE. No shampoo for or body wash, just an empty conditioner bottle. There was a constant shaking of the walls and constant screaming from kitchen above there was an incident where the alarms went off and scared my kids during nap, the landlords came down accusing us to of cooking which we didn’t have equipment to cook with and made zero attempt to remedy the situation.was not very welcoming or accommodating. There ware video and pictures to support these claims.

Very nice!
Great location, very clean, close to Mount Royal University (5 min), and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Clothes washing machine didn’t work great. Owner very easy to communicate with.
