We had a great one night stay between connecting flights. The hotel is close by to the airport and the room is clean and spacious. The free breakfast offered is great too! Only negative thing about our stay was the noise, the walls are very thin so we keep hearing the footsteps loudly. Otherwise it’s a great stay for quick layovers!

Everything was great, breakfast was just okay not much options though Only issue or area of improvement which might not be the hotels issue but its something that they should look into as its about their image. The free airport shuttle are the airport cabs which is fine but the airport cabs customer service is pathetic and they are not service oriented. Speeding around like they own the roads and work like robots The hotel should look into having their own transport so that it matches their customer service that is at the property

Great Airport accomadation
This is a tourist level hotel service. If you are looking for 5 star comfort, look elsewhere. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It had a couplete kitchen, including dishwasher. It is 5 to 10 minutes from the Calgary International Airport and they provide prepaid taxi service. There is also a complete continental breakfast included in the price, which was also reasonable.

The staff was excellent! They were so helpful and very eager to make sure we were happy. Unfortunately, the property is showing it's age and could really use an update. The kitchen set-up was very nice with stove top and full fridge. The beds were not great...way too soft and saggy. The arrangements for free pickup and return at the airport went flawlessly. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a continental. Overall, we liked the hotel and breakfast, disliked the beds, and LOVED the staff.

Very very comfortable and clean room, I stayed in a single king size bed room and it had a complete kitchen, perfect for a longer stay. If there is a constructive comment about the hotel, is that the breakfast was very minimal effort, this could be improved. Great and quick service, very quiet area.
