The room was great but the bathroom had visible scum on the walls mirror had not been cleaned in who knows how long! They would not accept the card i had because it was a metal card

Very dirty, there was trash in our ice bucket that wasn't cleaned out. The bathroom has hair in the shower and around the sink. It was horrible.

I get so anxious when traveling to unknown places especially without a car rental. The shuttle service eliminated all my concerns. They told me exactly where to meet them and how to reach the bus to Banff on the morning, delivering us within a short walk to that pickup. The onsite restaurant menu was delicious, Everyone was so friendly and helpful in making this transition stop comfortable and worry free. Thank you!
