ID & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Guest(s) will be subjected to fill out a pre-arrival form which requires a damage waiver or deposit (min. $100) via Enso and a government-issued ID after the booking confirmation.
BANFF PASS & KEY FOBS
The Banff Pass is free for you to use for the duration of your stay. Please make sure to return/leave the Banff Pass and key fobs on the counter before you leave or you will be charged for them accordingly.
$250 per lost Fob. $200 per lost Banff National Park Pass.
DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT
This is mandatory and must be paid before you can receive the check-in instructions.
DAMAGE
We complete a thorough walk-through before your check-in. All previous damage is documented. Any new damage found within the property during your stay will be documented, reported and the guest associated with the reservation will be subject to applicable charges. Once you check-in, we also recommend that you verify everything is functional and that you are overall happy with the property. You must inform us immediately upon check-in if you notice any damage, etc.
SAFETY DEVICES/EQUIPMENT
We are electronically notified when our safety devices and equipment are unplugged, moved, etc, and anyone found tampering with safety devices/equipment in our units will be warned only ONCE, 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offense will be told to leave, without refund.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
We have a very strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking and drugs. Strictly no drug use, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes within the property and building. There is a CAD $250 fine if we are notified or made aware of any of the above, with no exceptions.
NO SHOES INDOORS
No outdoor shoes are allowed inside.
PETS
We have a strict no pets policy and if pets are within the property, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning fees.
QUITE HOURS
Please keep in mind this is a residential building and we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. The quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7 am. Please note: we do have a noise detector, and are alerted if noise levels are over 70 db.
COMPLAINT POLICY
We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. No exceptions, No refunds.
NO PARTIES
Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music is allowed. No exceptions. During your stay, If there are complaints regarding partying or loud noise from neighbors, the building managers, or our noise detection device, you will be charged $1000. This is a STRICT rule as it can affect our license.
BALCONY SAFETY
Please exercise caution while on the balcony. All children must be supervised.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.
