Cali Intercontinental Vacation
Arrived and was greeted by the bellhop, he guided us to check in and even waited for us to secure our room before he carted our luggage up with us. Room was clean and everything worked, has a mini bar with a few snacks and beverages. Our room had a balcony but the view was of the back of the hotel. This place has a couple of nice restaurants with an attachmed casino. Had a really enjoyable stay, AC was perfect but I wouldn't advise gambling, they had very few games and be cautious of cashing your winning tickets at the window as they are very corrupt and kept a portion of our winnings even after complaining and their review of the camera.

The staff was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious . The area around the hotel was safe and fun to explore. El Gato Del Rio, the Museum of Modern Art, and the old part of the city were close by. I would definitely recommend this property.

Elevator Gatekeeper or Sphinx in Disguise?
Jamie, the elevator guy, managed to turn a routine check-in into a mythical ordeal, channeling his inner Sphinx with a refusal that felt more like a riddle than hotel policy. Who knew one person could so effortlessly derail your day? As if that wasn’t enough, the room came with uninvited buzzing guests—mosquitoes galore. Given the risks of tropical illnesses, you’d think the hotel might have sprayed while cleaning. But no, it seems riddles and bites are part of the ‘unique’ guest experience here.
