The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Estrelizia is a well-furnished Mediterranean-style villa that enjoys a peaceful location on a country road, just 5 min. drive from the beautiful beaches of Calpe. It is a charming coastal town where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored right by the beachfront, this is one of the reasons why this area has become a major hot spot for anyone in search of a sun-filled holiday experience. From the villa, we can enjoy splendid views of the coast of Calpe and its famous Ifach rock.

The villa offers parking for 4 cars, from which we flow towards a very spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area with BBQ, and a conservatory for the cooler evenings. Estrelizia offers everything we need for a satisfying Mediterranean-style holiday.

Villa Estrelizia is a two-storey holiday home connected with internal stairs. On the lower level, we enter from the conservatory into a dining area with a TV that leads towards a lounge with a Sat+TV+DVD player. We follow to find a fully equipped fitted kitchen, one twin and one bunk bedroom sharing a shower/WC. On the top level, we get welcomed with a double and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and a large balcony with panoramic views of the sea and Calpe. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with A/C.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Llavador de la Font. The villa includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

A very good Spanish Villa
A well designed property, very comfortable but with a little up - keep work needed. The shade near the pool is torn and needs replacement. A couple of window nets need repair. However, it represents good value for money, the pool is lovely, kitchen is good and well appointed. Bedrooms are kept nicely cool using the AC and the beds are comfortable. The WiFi is quite good but there is also good 4G which is faster than the wifi. Security is excellent but the area is very quiet anyway. We were very satisfied with the villa and would book again.

Una mala recepción por parte de la inmobiliaria ya que se acordó una hora de llegada y la oficina se encontraba cerrada y se nos dieron unas instrucciones para llegar y entrar en la casa sin mayor explicación ni visita guiada para explicar y enseñar la casa. La limpieza dejo mucho que desear, mosquiteras con polvo y telarañas, por lo que no se podía abrir ni una sola ventana, no todas las luces del patio eran funcionales, falta de un mínimo de utensilios para la vida diaria ( estropajo, bayeta, pinzas de ropa, sombrillas, manguera) Sin solución a todos estos problemas no me plantearía volver a la casa ya que el importe del alquiler no es económico para no incluir todo lo indicado.
