The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the rental price shown, the following fees apply:

The rental price includes 50 kwh/week for electricity and 10 cubic meters/week for water (extra consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November and March the costs for electricity, water and gas must be paid in full according to consumption.

The house is on a hillside - you go up a few steps to the barbecue area and the pool terrace.
Internet is available for tenants.
The house can be heated in winter using air conditioning, an open fireplace and mobile gas stoves.
Pool heating by heat pump and solar.
There is a good restaurant and tennis courts within walking distance, and a small rocky beach can also be reached on foot.
