It is fully air-conditioned and has a large, very sunny terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the large park with century-old pines. The location is ideal for monitoring children who bathe. The apartment does not overlook any road and cars do not drive in front of the apartments. Access to the swimming pool is regulated and the schedules respect the tranquility of holidaymakers. Note that there is a swimming supervisor in July and August. Nearby you will find all the amenities and shops of a seaside town. The large Calvi beach with its white sand and turquoise waters is a 5-minute walk away. You can also go to the restaurant on the port or take a walk in the citadel without taking your car out of the parking lot.

no bed sheets and towels
The apartment is in a very convenient location inside the residence "Maria Stella". Being close to the beach and with a supervised pool, its' great for families with kids. I travel frequently using HomeAway and similar but this is the first time I don't find bed sheets and towels in a holiday rental. They were not available at check-in nor upon request. This greatly affected our holiday since we had to borrow everything from friends staying nearby and this is the reason I gave the apartment an overall 3*. Final cleaning was not even an option and we had to clean to apartment by ourselves. That's also unusual for a holiday rental. Regarding the apartment: what you see is what you get. Using frequently "community" home rental/sharing platforms I always hope to find a personal touch that would make me feel at home. I'm talking about a a nice picture, a family photograph, small details to feel at home. Unfortunately this is not the case... I should also mention the agency we deal with was really quick fixing an issue we had with a roller shade.

Un excellent séjour dans cette résidence bien placée ! Le cadre est vraiment top nous avons apprécié la piscine et la vue du balcon. La place de parking c’est aussi un très bon point. Petit bémol sur le ménage (pas de prestation ménage l’été, il faut faire confiance aux locataires d’avant).. Aussi, l’appartement est un peu vieillissant, la literie aussi. Excellent séjour à Calvi, nous avons apprécié notre escapade de 15 jours.

Séjour agréable en Corse!
Location conforme à l'annonce, propre, de qualité, bonne literie. Un jardin et une piscine très bien entretenus. Un accès direct au centre ville et à la plage, très pratique quand on a pas de moyen de locomotion. La propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin. N'hésitez pas, réservez!

Très belle résidence au calme, malgré le nombre d’appartements. De nombreux espace de verdure. Appartement propre, de l’espace, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, et l’accès à la plage en 5 min à pied. Avec la piscine, Je recommande pour des vacances en familles !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui se sont montrés arrangeant (avançant l'heure de notre arrivée) et disponibles, de très bons conseils. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très calme. Il est idéalement placé, on peut visiter Calvi à pieds, la plage est accessible facilement et très sympa. Commerces a proximité. A visiter : citadelle, Notre Dame de la Serra (très beaux couchers de soleil), Calvi, la route des artisans et les villages perchés..... Pas assez de temps en une semaine pour tout voir. A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Calvi, à côté de la plage et avec des commerces et restaurants au pied, ce F2 était très bien. Grande pièce à vivre avec terrasse + 1 chambre, 1 place de parking.

Appartement bien situé, calme quoique assez proche du centre ville, propre et fonctionnel. La terrasse donnant sur le parc intérieur de la résidence est un endroit où il fait bon passer les soirées un peu chaudes. Excellent accueil. A recommander.
